Before your team places an order for a custom jersey set, it helps to have a few basics sorted. Firstly, know your squad size. Even an approximate number is fine at this stage, we’ll confirm exact sizes later. Secondly, have a general idea of your colour preferences. You don’t need a Pantone reference, but knowing whether you want red and white or black and gold gets the design process moving faster.
Most importantly, think about how customised you want the kit to be. HEPTA offers two main routes.
Tip: If your order is urgent, go with a design from our collection. Colour customisation, badge placement, and sponsor prints can all still be added — and you’ll receive your design mockup the same day you contact us.
Here is the exact process, step by step. There are no hidden stages and no unnecessary back and forth as long as you come prepared.
Contact HEPTA directly via Viber or WhatsApp on +960 7345308. Tell us your team name, approximate squad size, and whether you want to pick from our design collection or go fully custom. That first message is all it takes to get started.
If you choose one of our designs: share your preferred colours, badge or logo files, any sponsor prints, and player names and numbers. For fully custom orders: share a reference image or concept, along with your colour preferences and any specific print placement instructions. If you already have a vector artwork file of the design, even better, it speeds the whole process up significantly.
Once we have all your details, we send a fully designed mockups usually within the same day if you contact us during working hours. If the design is more complex or you reach us later in the day, it becomes our first priority the next morning. Either way, nothing waits longer than 24 hours. You’ll then review the mockup and request any amendments if required. Adjustments are a normal part of the process and we handle them quickly.
Once you approve the design and share the list with us, we require a minimum 50% deposit to begin production. The remaining balance is settled before delivery once your order is ready. For government offices, councils, government-linked companies, and resorts, we accept credit payment, production starts on receipt of an official purchase order, and we invoice upon delivery.
We market a 3–5 day turnaround, and in most cases your custom jersey set is ready within 3–4 days. For larger orders of 150 pieces or more, production may extend to 4–5 days. We’ll keep you updated throughout. Once ready, your kit is delivered directly to you.
One detail that’s worth deciding before you finalise your order is the fabric. At HEPTA, we offer a range of both standard and premium fabric options, and the choice affects both the feel of the kit and the price.
Standard fabrics are well-built, breathable, and perform well for regular training and competitive play, they’re the right choice for clubs working within a tighter budget or ordering in larger quantities.
Premium fabrics, on the other hand, offer a higher level of comfort, better moisture management, and a sharper finish that shows in the quality of the final kit.
Consequently, teams that prioritise performance or want a more professional look tend to go with the premium range.
